Hanse Kai - Münster
We have been working on the Hanse Kai project to construct a yacht harbour and pool in Münster’s port area since 2008. The yacht harbour aims to provide harbour infrastructure for the growing number of boating tourists.
The pool, implemented as a raft-type construction and modelled on Badeschiff in Berlin, is intended to offer an alternative water area while construction work on the canal is ongoing and will add to the city’s open air pool space. Alternatively, it could also be operated in conjunction with Coconut Beach. The water will be heated using a highly energy-efficient system involving the adjacent gas-fired power station operated by Stadtwerke Münster.
It is a well-rounded concept, more details of which can be found in the attached flyer.
Unfortunately, due to the ongoing political debate on the overall plan for the port area, the project does not look likely to be implemented in the foreseeable future.
Extension of Modellissimo Senden
Extension of the warehouse for Modellissimo Kosmann OG, Messingweg 47, 48308 Senden. The warehouse was built in 2010. Construction work will begin later this year.
Conversion of a hard sports pitch in Albersloh into an artificial turf football pitch
On behalf of DJK Grün Weiß Albersloh 1954 e.V, Adolfshöhe 36, 48324 Albersloh, we planned, put out to tender and assisted in the awarding of a contract for the conversion of an existing hard surface football pitch to an artificial turf pitch. Construction work is scheduled to commence in September 2011.
Caritas Wuppertal - turnkey interior construction
We are currently developing a turnkey interior construction concept for Kroos Objekteinrichtungen KG for Caritas Wuppertal’s Zukunftsprojekt Mehrgenerationenwohnen project. The concept makes use of optimised planning and construction processes to guarantee short construction times and strict adherence to budgets.
An example of this is consistent planning and installation of pre-fabricated bathrooms. A sample installation from a hotel project for Schwörer Haus in Central Berlin on July 6, 2011 is shown in the attached photos.
The use of pre-fabricated bathrooms represents just one aspect of the efficient implementation of the construction project. The entire project process has been optimised.
Rathaus Steglitz branch of Commerzbank – ‘Branch of the Future’ renovation project
Commerzbank's Rathaus Steglitz branch, at Schlosstrasse 104, 12163 Berlin, is being renovated in accordance with the bank’s ‘Branch of the Future’ project specifications‚ with particular focus on the self-service area. AK Sports Buildings Ltd. has been commissioned by Commerzbank AG to perform the demolition, dry walling, screed, foundations, flooring, steel structural and painting work. The work is being carried out over a two-week period from June 27 to July 7, 2011.
