Frankfurt, Hanauer Landstrasse 148, development of space rented by Fitness First
Fitness First Platinum Swim Club Frankfurt - Hanauer Landstrasse was constructed at Fitness First Germany GmbH’s head office at Hanauer Landstrasse 148, 60314 Frankfurt am Main. The club occupies a floor space of 2700 m² over three floors and has a pool and rooftop sports field. The interior construction was carried out in close consultation with Markgraf, which operated as chief contractor for construction of the complex as a whole.

Fieldturf Tarkett
From 2004 to 2007, we performed sales support and construction site management activities for leading global artificial turf manufacturer Fieldturf Tarkett. During this period, we were responsible for advising Fieldturf Tarkett customers, organising and running artificial turf seminars and training programmes and carrying out the construction contracts. Our office was involved in DIN-related projects and in the entire certification process for DIN Certco, the DFB and FIFA. Our work also involved participating in trade shows (in particular FSB in Cologne).
It was in carrying out this work that we gained the extensive experience and expertise with artificial turf from which our customers now benefit.
Fitness First Paris - Netter XII
On behalf of the construction department of Fitness Company und Freizeitanlagen GmbH, Frankfurt, we undertook construction project management (HOAI work phases 6 – 9) for the interior construction of Fitness First Studio 60, Avenue de la Motte Piquet, 45015 Paris.
The project was awarded to us after the local project office originally commissioned to carry out the project reported that it did not consider the deadline for opening the club to be realistic.

Fitness First Paris - Motte Piquet
On behalf of the construction department of Fitness Company und Freizeitanlagen GmbH in Frankfurt, we undertook HOAI work phases 5 – 8 for construction of the interior of the Fitness First Club Paris, La Motte-Picquet XV.
The club is located in a very popular part of the city close to the Eiffel Tower, and was constructed in a former cinema and theatre. The property imposed exacting demands on all parties involved in the planning. The building services engineering and structural engineering departments in particular delivered outstanding work. The architecture of the building and the highly successful interior construction plan have resulted in the creation of a quite unique club.

Fitness First Bordeaux - Meriadeck
In collaboration with the European construction department, the Fitness First Club in Bordeaux Meriadeck was to have been the third club to be implemented in France. We were involved in this project for a four month period until the European construction department was shut down in spring 2008.
We were commissioned to carry out preparatory work for the construction phase and to organise the complex logistics and carry out the structural engineering for the construction and installation of the pool on the lower ground floor.
The club was subsequently constructed without the pool on the lower ground floor.

Multi-purpose sports hall, Pulheim

Production of a plan of the existing facilities and an extension plan to bring Vfb 48/64 Hüls e.V.’s am Badeweiher stadium in line with NRW league regulations.
We were commissioned by Evonic Services GmbH / Infracor GmbH, Paul-Baumann-Str. 1, 45772 Marl to produce plans of the existing facilities for the VfB Hüls 48/64 e.V. stadium.
These plans were used to calculate the cost of implementing the regulations for obtaining approval to play in the NRW league.

Rebranding Fitness Company - Fitness First
In 2008, Fitness Company und Freizeitanlagen GmbH, Kennedy Allee 87, 60596 Frankfurt and Fitness First headquarters in London decided to adapt all of the company’s clubs in Germany to the international standard.
During the 2nd phase of the project, all 99 clubs were completely rebranded. This involved replacing all interior and exterior advertising structures with structures based on the new concept and modifying all decorative coverings and signs both inside and outside the clubs.
Our office performed the following services: tendering, assessment and assistance in awarding the contract, supervision and acceptance of the construction work and in specific cases talking to representatives of planning authorities.

BSV Münster Roxel e.V. - Conversion of a hard surface sports field into an artificial turf field
On behalf of BSV Roxel, we drew up a construction schedule and performed preparatory work for and assisted in awarding the contract. Construction work commenced in week 18, and the sports field was reopened in week 30. The sports field was officially inaugurated on September 10, 2009.
Construction of a warehouse and offices for Modelissimo Kosmann OHG, Messingweg 47, 48308 Senden
On behalf of Modellisimo, we carried out design work and construction scheduling, obtained planning approval, carried out preparatory work for and assisted in awarding the contract and supervised the construction work. Construction commenced in March 2010 and was completed in October 2010.
